Limits of Liability and Company Policy.

Before scheduling a pressure washing service with LoHi Pressure Washing LLC, please read the following terms and conditions.

  1. Scope of Services. The Company shall provide pressure washing services to its customers, including but not limited to:

  • Residential pressure washing services

  • Commercial pressure washing services

  • Other pressure washing services as agreed upon by the parties

  1. Cancellation Policy. The customer may cancel services at any time with prior notice to the Company. In the event of cancellation less than one week prior to the agreed service date, the customer shall pay a cancellation fee of 20% of the total cost of the services. The cancellation fee shall be due on the date of the agreed service.

  2. Limit of Liability. The Company shall not be liable for any damage to property, including but not limited to the surface being washed, caused by the pressure washing services, except in the case of gross negligence or willful misconduct. The Company's liability shall be limited to the total cost of the services provided. The customer shall indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims arising out of the provision of services.

  3. Payment. The customer shall pay the Company the agreed-upon fee for services rendered. Payment is due upon completion of services. The customer shall provide payment by Check, Cash, Venmo, or Zelle. In the event that payment is not made, the Company reserves the right to terminate services and pursue legal action to collect payment.

  4. Schedule. The parties shall agree on a schedule for the provision of services. The Company shall make every effort to provide services on the scheduled dates and times. In the event that the Company is unable to provide services as scheduled, it shall promptly notify the customer and reschedule services.

  5. Governing Law. This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado, USA.

  6. Entire Policy. This Policy constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties.
